INSURANCE & OUT-OF-POCKET
Your options may look different depending on your plan.
EndlessWell is actively completing payer credentialing and contracting. Until a specific insurance plan is active in-network with the practice, visits may be available on a self-pay or out-of-network basis.
For out-of-network visits, EndlessWell can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual out-of-pocket benefits, deductible, and plan requirements.
As insurance contracts become active, eligible future visits occurring on or after the applicable in-network effective date may be billed in-network, subject to your plan's benefits and coverage.
SELF-PAY & FEES
Self-pay is always an option.
Patients may choose to pay privately for care regardless of insurance status. This can also be helpful when a service is not covered by your plan or when you prefer not to use insurance.
EndlessWell's self-pay fee schedule will be available before opening, and expected charges will be reviewed as clearly as possible before your visit.
Computerized ADHD testing may have a separate out-of-pocket cost when it is not covered by insurance.
